Data Reporting Analyst
--------------------------

The Contractor will provide Cognos Data Reporting Analysis on the Data Warehouse NewMMIS Data Integration Project.

The Contractor shall perform the following specific duties, as required:

- Analyze and document business and system requirements
- Analyze and document business processes
- Prepare business and system use cases
- Prepare and execute system and user test cases
- Participate in team meetings; resolve of action items
- Represent projects on cross-agency initiatives
- Participate in review process of all system analysis documentation
- Support the project manager, when necessary, by creating and maintain project plans, as well as executing other project management tasks

- Coordinate business user participation in requirements analysis, use case documentation, and system and user testing
- Work with vendors, as directed, to assist in preparation of project deliverables
- Create and maintain various other project documents;
- Perform other tasks generally associated with the business analyst function, as needed
- Participate in a Performance Review of the deliverables and services provided at intervals of no more than 6 months
- Create reports and multidimensional cubes using Cognos tools.
- Utilizes program Cognos development series or other technical tools (SAS, SQL, Business Objects) fro agency reporting purposes.
